How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on all orders. No minimums. No codes needed.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us at [support email].
What carrier do you use?
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on your location and order size.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we'll make it right — either a full replacement or a refund. No hassle, no runaround.
